We work Closely with purchasing to attain weekly needs

  1. We help to identify changes in the market
  2. We set a reoder quantity based on sales history and projections
  3. We maintain inventory levels to be able to repsond to immediate needs on all items
  4. If sales increase on particular items, we immediately move the items to our Asian Factory
  5. If sales spike at a rapid rate that is too fast for us to respond, we will make the items domestically, and many times at a reduced rate

We Maintain the Highest Performance in the Industy

  1. We take pride in our performance here at Ramsey’s. We feel that we are the best component importer/manufacturer in the business and our customers would agree.
  2. We have very little turn over in our employees; maintaining a workforce of over 80 people. Our Operational Manager has been with us 18 years! This stat alone helps us to preform consistently year after year.
  3. We have trimmed our lead time down to hours in many instances for the customer in the past and for this we are proud.

We Maintain the Highest Quality in the Industry

  1. By having very little turn over in employees we are able to maintain a quality that we feel is 2nd to none. Our manufacturer workers all take pride in what they do; from our wood specialists to our spray technicians and everyone in between.
  2. We have quality control procedures in place on all products. Domestic products go though many QC stations before it is packaged for delivery. All import parts are QC’d as well. We have one room that houses 3 workers that basically spend 3 days per week QC’ing import parts.
